In September 2001, El Gran Charro opened it's doors to the community of Georgetown, De at 19 Georgetown Plaza with a large selection of boots, mexican/hispanic grocery items and money transfer services.
We began as a grocery store and in 2007 we introduced our tacos to the community of Frankford, De.
El Gran Charro Taqueria began with 4 types of tacos; Asada, Tripa, Pastor and Lengua.
Now currently we serve a larger variety of meat choices at our new location at 6 College Park Ln. Ste. 6 in Georgetown, De 19947. Serving a total of 9 different types and other food!

Great place for your tacos. Great selection at an affordable price. Love their coconut milk as well. Seems to be very rare. I don't know where they are buying them from. Would love to go there.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that this is the best Mexican food in the whole county, if not the whole state. Certainly the best I've had. I love the place, and it will never get enough support. I hope it sticks around long after I go

Their carne asada tacos and quesadillas are amazing. And definitely filling. The prices are well worth it as well. Check out the seasonings and product sold as well, some pretty great finds
